Online Purchases

Eligible online purchases may be returned within:

  • 14 days of purchase for local pickup orders, or

  • 14 days from delivery for shipped orders

All returns must be initiated within this timeframe. Approved returns may be issued as a refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on the item and condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Loved Items

All pre-loved items are final sale.

For local customers, pre-loved items may be returned in person within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.


In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase (or within 14 days of receiving a gift with a noted gift receipt).

In-store returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


Online-Only / Partner Items

Online-only items are fulfilled and shipped by our brand partners. As a result, return eligibility and conditions may differ from our in-store and pre-loved policies. Please review individual product details carefully before purchasing.
