Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada, with free shipping on qualifying orders over $150, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates by region:

  • British Columbia: $15 flat rate

  • The Prairies: $18 flat rate

  • Northern & Eastern Canada: $20 flat rate

  • United States: $25 flat rate

Free shipping applies to Canadian orders over $150, excluding select oversized or specialty items.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to Sapiens Furniture items.

Order Processing & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our store location.

To select this option, choose Local Pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready the same day or by the next business day, and you’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Online-Only / Partner Shipping

Some items in our Online-Only / Online Exclusive collection ship directly from our trusted brand partners. Because these items are fulfilled by third-party vendors, shipping rates, delivery timelines, and carriers may vary.

Any differences will be clearly noted on the individual product page at the time of purchase.
